My Story With a Fellow I Once Had An Encounter With, On Social Media

All this loan apps will just be unveiling people's secrets anyhow.

Several times, have I received messages from them on WhatsApp that, one of my contacts is owing them.

There's no month that would pass, that I won't receive a message from them. Funny enough, they'd give you everything you didn't even want to know about the person. Real name. Age. Position in their family, their source of income. And all that.

There was a guy, I once had an encounter with in a Facebook group. Just a small argument, the guy called me different names. Insulted me about 420 times.

One of the statements, he made in which I'll never forget that night was "I will feed you and your family for 10 years, idiot."

But, after that moment, he came to my dm to apologize to me. I felt so sympathetic, because people like him are very rare. Perhaps, he had a second thought that day.

Afterwards, I fell in love with this man and collected his WhatsApp number. We started talking. We started exchanging stickers. Sometimes, I'll even request for his funny WhatsApp status. That was all, we were doing.
This was about, two months ago.

So, on the 23rd of May, which was a day to my birthday. Jokingly, I told him to send funds, since he had once told me "I will feed you and your family for 10 years"

He laughed using an emoji. And told me, let's see what we happen. And, prayed for me afterwards.

The next day, which was on my birthday, around 8:00 am. The message I received was from one of this loan Apps. Telling me about one of my friends that is owing them 50 thousand naira. My heart became foggy and restless.

Because, it was the guy that told me he would feed me and my family for 10 years they were referring to. 🥺

My Awful Experience With My Crush

Growing up, my dad always thought us how to be humble and calm but not timid. You can stand your ground by not being violent. After all, a man with mosquito perching on his testes realises there are amicable ways to settle differences without violence. One fateful day, there was this shop with a pretty Amaka as the sales girl. The only way you could see Amaka was if you patronised the shop or in the church. I was a little chorister then and my shift was normally 6am mass but Amaka graces the 8am mass. So I became God's favorite, I worked extra time in his vineyard because of Amaka... Mumu me. Most often, before mass would finish, Amaka has left the church with her parents, she would wave me goodbye while I smile like roasted goat. So, world people, one fateful day... Amaka's shop was way up in the street, I would ignore my neighbour who sells provision, walk past three other stores and go to my Amaka. Most times Amaka is never alone. Either with her sister or her mo...

My Ecounter With House Rats

Happy New week toners! A short story! I know one or more person would have had a mice (rat) experience in their homes or offices, as long as you're here in Nigeria.😂 Well here's my experience; So I traveled for two weeks and on my return I discovered there's been a mice invasion in my room, destroying some of my food stuff also leaving it's poo in every nook and cranny of my house. I'm most pained for the fact that the wicked mice destroyed my leftover tuber of yam, I was hoping to boil that yam and eat with oil since I returned late from my Journey but lo and behold it had been marked for destruction by rat(s). It's well o. We move regardless!😂 #Mymiceexperince #Shareyourexperincetoo
