Growing up, my dad always thought us how to be humble and calm but not timid. You can stand your ground by not being violent. After all, a man with mosquito perching on his testes realises there are amicable ways to settle differences without violence. One fateful day, there was this shop with a pretty Amaka as the sales girl. The only way you could see Amaka was if you patronised the shop or in the church. I was a little chorister then and my shift was normally 6am mass but Amaka graces the 8am mass. So I became God's favorite, I worked extra time in his vineyard because of Amaka... Mumu me. Most often, before mass would finish, Amaka has left the church with her parents, she would wave me goodbye while I smile like roasted goat. So, world people, one fateful day... Good evening Toners, it's been a while. How's everyone doing? So while preparing for work this morning, i remembered an incident that happened when I was in 100L.  I am a nursing student and during our course of study, we go for two outside posting which is the community posting and the psychiatry posting.    This particular incident happened during the community posting.  We were posted to one of these rural communities in Ekiti state because the school I attend is in Ekiti state. We were to work and learn at the community health center.   This particular day, we were done with the days work. We got to the hostel only to find out that the gas cylinder was empty. So my partner and I went to town to fill it up. Meanwhile, there was a festival going on in town which we were not àware of.  We filled our cylinder and on the way back, we decided to take the shortcut. Only for us to jam masquerade on the way. Yesterday I came back from work, and I discovered that the carton of my noodles already got a hole from the under. The rat glue trap I kept was shifted from the initial position, this situation now made me to start wondering if the mice was getting help from the Almighty 😂😂😂. Have been confused since yesterday. #Mymiceexperience

Happy New week toners! A short story! I know one or more person would have had a mice (rat) experience in their homes or offices, as long as you're here in Nigeria.😂 Well here's my experience; So I traveled for two weeks and on my return I discovered there's been a mice invasion in my room, destroying some of my food stuff also leaving it's poo in every nook and cranny of my house. I'm most pained for the fact that the wicked mice destroyed my leftover tuber of yam, I was hoping to boil that yam and eat with oil since I returned late from my Journey but lo and behold it had been marked for destruction by rat(s). Hello tonners! I hope y'all doing great? My last post riled up some people when I called Zite (last of the Quadruplets) "problem child". Make Una no vex, I didn't mean it like that na. It was only a reference that's why it's in quote. But with these points of mine, you will agree with me that he get him own for body. Chiziterem is the last to be brought out and the the one that screamed the most despite being the smallest at birth (reason we call him Smallie) so technically, he is the last but Zite no gree. Something keep telling me that boy was meant to be the first but life happened. For complete 3 months we never saw him smile though he has the biggest smile now. And his cry is more like scream. Zite is the strongest from the very beginning, at birth he was so tiny. But has a strong heart and bones. If this boy hold you eh, it takes all your strength to pull him out.
